Be Flexport’s primary POC for 3PL/4PL partners; visit sites to enforce SLAs.
Coach and support 30–100 partner staff; enforce policies, SOPs, and compliance.
Own performance reporting; escalation point for ops issues and cross-functional troubleshooting.
Forecast SNOP with partners; align labor plans and capacity.
Ensure partners follow SOPs and proper WMS usage; capture learnings.
Review and approve 3PL/4PL invoices; resolve discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading a team of 5+ in fulfillment, warehouse, or 3PL.
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
Proven ability to hold external partners accountable without direct authority.
Strong communication; acts as Flexport’s voice to partner sites.
Experience building structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; data analysis.
Nice-to-haves: WMS experience; 3PL/4PL vendor mgmt; SOPs from scratch.
