6-month paid internship – Process Transformation & Digitalisation

📋 Description

• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the definition of project objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Contribute to documenting current and future processes.
• Gather and analyse data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for project stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops and discussions with operational teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a master's degree in sciences, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in external consulting, transformation projects, or similar
• Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.).
• Experience with digitalisation tools or process automation platforms is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
