Lead and direct the work of ABA Supervisors and Assistants, including hiring and coaching.
Mentor ABA Supervisors in supervising Assistants, strengthening leadership.
Partner with Site Director to grow the ABA program via KPIs, budget, and referrals.
Support Behavior Technician growth and performance improvements across the site.
Deliver ongoing clinical training and professional development for BCBAs.

🎯 Requirements

You hold a current and unrestricted BACB BCBA certification.
5+ years of ABA practice with children diagnosed with Autism in multiple settings.
