📋 Description

• Full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• Source candidates via ATS, job boards, social media
• Screen, interview, offer, and follow-up communications
• Partner with ops, HR, and local teams on staffing needs
• Maintain candidate activity and postings in ATS
• Build pipelines and ensure candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years healthcare recruiting; ABA recruiting preferred
• Experience with high-volume remote healthcare/ABA hiring
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional integrity, discretion, confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with multi-candidate/requisition management
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet, ADP
