ABA Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee ABA clinical programming for pediatric patients.
• Lead BTs and Assistant Supervisors in a transdisciplinary team.
• Deliver neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered care.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinicians to plan care.
• Ensure high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy delivery.
• Manage scheduling and case oversight as BCBA supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Ability to supervise and mentor BTs and Assistant Supervisors.
• Willingness to utilize telehealth when clinically appropriate.
• Ability to meet target of 26 billable hours per week.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
