ABA Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for kids.
• Supervise BTs within a transdisciplinary team.
• Deliver client-centered, flexible ABA care.
• Partner with families and clinicians for care plans.
• Support professional development and clinician wellbeing.
• Hybrid remote/on-site supervision as needed; telehealth per clinical need.

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in human services or related field
• Hybrid remote/on-site work availability
• Experience supervising behavior technicians
• Ability to collaborate with families and other clinicians
• Telehealth may be used as clinically appropriate
