📋 Description

• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver ABA therapy.
• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Use telehealth and hybrid delivery as clinically appropriate.
• Ensure high-quality care and measurable client outcomes.
• Provide supervision and coaching for BTs and staff growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Master's degree in human services or related field.
• Experience supervising BTs and leading ABA teams.
• Strong collaboration with families and clinicians.
