🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Experience with autism and neurodevelopmental differences preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to balance clinical duties with administrative tasks in a hybrid role.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
