📋 Description

• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) in ABA
• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming
• Provide holistic ABA treatment for children with autism
• Support a transdisciplinary care team and families

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in human services or related field
• BCBA license maintenance required
• Experience supervising BTs and leading a team
• Strong knowledge of ABA and behavior analysis methods
