ABA Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead a team of behavior technicians delivering ABA treatment.
• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming.
• Provide client-centered, transdisciplinary care for children with autism.
• Support clinician development and well-being in a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to tailor care plans.
• Telehealth decisions are guided by the BCBA when clinically appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) preferred.
• Hybrid remote work eligibility in Massachusetts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and teams.
