📋 Description

• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference in the
• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Maintain an average of 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks.
• Utilize flexible hybrid/telehealth options to balance clinical work and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
• Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, with reduced productivity targets at higher levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
