• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the
• Achieve an average of 26 billable hours per week with reduced targets during shorter weeks
• Supervise cases remotely and in-person (hybrid flexibility), determining telehealth effectiveness
• Prioritize clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or a related field
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
