📋 Description

• Build a pipeline of funded labs and champions at priority universities.
• Run discovery with researchers to understand workflows, data, and procurement.
• Design phased access and fellows programs, onboarding, pilots.
• Translate workflows into Pro, Codex, API, and ChatGPT Edu with cross-team.
• Manage pilots end-to-end, remove blockers, drive activation and expansion.
• Create repeatable enablement with product feedback and case studies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in BD, partnerships, or go-to-market for higher education or research.
• Credibility with funded labs or R1 universities.
• Strong program design and execution ability.
• Technical fluency with AI platforms and research workflows.
• Ability to navigate complex institutions (IT, procurement, sponsors).
• Clear communication and cross-functional execution.
