Academic Tutor

📋 Description

• Provide academic support to students individually or in small groups across a variety of subjects.
• Collaborate with teachers to align tutoring with classroom learning and student goals.
• Track student progress through notes, assessments, and regular follow-up.
• Encourage students to approach learning with positivity, persistence, and curiosity.
• Boost students’ confidence, helping them reduce anxiety and see themselves as capable learners.
• Motivate students to stay engaged and take ownership of their academic journey.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess strong math and reading skills.
• Must be availability to work 4 hours daily, Monday–Friday (10AM–2PM)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and building partnerships with parents/caregivers.
• Dedication to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
