📋 Description

• Complete all required tutor training and onboarding before beginning tutoring services.
• Prepare for and facilitate effective individual and group tutoring sessions based on student needs
• Clarify and reinforce concepts covered in class, explain processes, facilitate problem-solving, and
• Use active listening, questioning, inquiry, and collaborative learning techniques to identify
• Apply study techniques that accommodate different learning styles, preferences, backgrounds, and
• Maintain a professional, respectful, welcoming, and culturally responsive environment for students

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in and in good standing as a second-, third-, or fourth-year student at an
• Demonstrated proficiency and mastery in the subject or course area the candidate intends to tutor
• Must maintain good academic and professional standing throughout the period of employment.
• Previous tutoring, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or academic-support experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide virtual tutoring from a private, professional environment with reliable internet
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to explain
