🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in cost management or a closely related construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management techniques, construction
• Experience developing estimates, cost plans, bills, or related commercial documentation; advanced
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret cost information and
