Access Operations Technical Specialist

📋 Description

• Own current end-to-end processes and workflows for tooling & access management across Global
• Actively partner with Engineering to develop applications, scripts, and custom tooling that sit on
• Lead proactive risk-reduction initiatives. Audit, design, and enforce strict 'least privilege'
• Deliver simplified future state access management programs for the Global Extended Workforce
• Partner directly with Engineers, Tool Owners, Cybersecurity, and Business Leadership to translate
• Exercise strong technical judgment to replace manual access-management bottlenecks with scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering & Coding Skills: Possess the technical depth to audit code-managed configurations
• IAM Expertise: Deep technical understanding of enterprise Identity Access Management frameworks
• Risk Management Mindset: Proven ability to proactively identify access security risks, build
• Technical Program Leadership: Strong capability to manage project timelines, navigate ambiguity
