📋 Description

• Review policy wording, determine coverage, and set reserves.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims of varying complexity.
• Manage claim files, gather information, and maintain records.
• Assess customer needs, set service expectations, and resolve issues.
• Communicate with claimants, vendors, healthcare pros, and legal reps.
• Handle settlements within authority; escalate complex cases when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Active pursuit of CIP designation or willingness to obtain.
• Valid New Brunswick Adjuster’s Licence or ability to obtain within six months.
• Previous insurance experience, especially injury claims or medical terminology, is an asset.
• Experience with accident benefits claims is an advantage.
