Account Administration Associate

📋 Description

• Be the first contact and promote brand recognition via email and outbound calls
• Handle customer and third-party inquiries via omnichannel support
• Educate customers on servicing processes with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Conduct loan administration duties such as documentation reviews
• Gather insights and assist process improvements for customer experience
• Collaborate and process requests from internal departments

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a customer-facing or administration role
• BA/BS from an accredited university preferred
• Proven dependable and reliable team player
• Customer service experience with loan products (HELOC, Mortgage, Personal Loans)
• 2 years of loan administration functions (Escrow, payments)
• Ability to instill trust and rapport with customers
