Account Analyst

📋 Description

• Complete day-to-day order activity for assigned, less complex retail accounts, communicating
• Coordinate orders for retail displays, promotions, and seasonal merchandising programs, working
• Research and resolve routine purchase order discrepancies, bringing up complex issues to the Sr.
• Run open-order analysis against allocation plans and available inventory using SAP automated
• Proactively flag at-risk appointed arrival dates and in-transit issues, and complete agreed-upon
• Complete shipping plans during peak periods in partnership with Management, Logistics, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant domain.
• 1–3 years of account management, customer service, or order management experience, ideally in
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high detail accuracy and follow-through.
• A passionate, inquisitive, and proactive approach, dig into the data, and take initiative to solve
• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and share
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
