📋 Description

• Win new hirers and manage a Bangkok portfolio, focusing on acquisition and growth
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and hiring managers as consultative partner
• Drive sales via outbound prospecting, account development, renewals, upselling
• Conduct regular engagement via phone, Zoom, and virtual channels
• Identify hiring pain points and growth opportunities, recommend solutions
• Develop account plans to expand spend and penetration across territories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree with at least 1 year in account management or related
• Fresh grads with a BA or related field are welcome
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• Confident with business owners, hiring managers, senior decision-makers
• Proven experience in client management or solution selling
• Excellent presentation and public speaking; strong English skills
