📋 Description

• Support ClassPass partners across the region in day-to-day operations
• Provide partner service, platform optimization, and post-sale support
• Resolve issues to enable the account management team to focus on growth
• Onboarding activities and maintaining partner experiences
• Act as first line of support for partner inquiries via email and channels
• Maintain up-to-date partner information in systems

🎯 Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in customer support or account coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets
• Fluency in English; second language is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
