🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in account-based marketing, growth, or related strategic roles.
• Proven track record of improving account growth, retention, or value.
• Evidence of building a new strategy, capability, or operating model.
• Strong commercial judgment linking customer insight, data, and economics.
• Experience driving outcomes across teams without formal authority.
• Executive communication: present recommendations and secure buy-in.
