Account Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor subscription-based accounts to detect unauthorized access, illegal usage, and suspicious
• Reset compromised accounts, issue temporary credentials, and restore secure access for legitimate
• Contact legitimate customers to explain unauthorized usage, clarify account status, and resolve
• Monitor online marketplaces, forums, and other digital channels for the illegal sale or
• Analyze usage reports, investigate suspicious activity, identify recurring abuse patterns, and
• Work with compliance, sales, legal, and other internal teams to investigate incidents, share

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in account management, compliance, customer service, or a related
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret usage data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues
• A working understanding of software compliance, unauthorized digital distribution, internet
