Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Accept and book all customer orders to include verifying bookable documents are complete and
• Schedule, facilitate, and moderate regular and recurring cross-departmental meetings to review
• Meet with the warehouse manager and supervisor to analyze warehouse reporting to ensure items are
• Meet with Manufacturing management to ensure orders are being completed within promised customer
• Meet with Director of Supply Chain to ensure ETAs of open orders are accurate and parts are ordered
• Collaborate with Product Engineering department to resolve engineering change request orders

• Ability to understand/analyze client needs and link them to company offerings
• Ability to be a self-starter who can work independently but also understands the value of being an
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to easily build rapport at all levels with both internal and external clients
• High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
