Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Communicate directly with day-to-day client stakeholders.
• Maintain fluency in US and International workstreams.
• QA deliverables to ensure quality before client delivery.
• Support ~10 FTEs to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Deliver weekly updates on KPI moves and risks to the Account Director.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in account management or coordination roles.
• Working East Coast or Central Time hours.
• Demonstrated judgment; discern signal from noise.
• Comfortable operating across two regions.
• Strong written synthesis and communication.
• Healthcare/MedTech exposure; Salesforce CRM experience.
