Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end financial management for a strategic client.
• Maintain reporting accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Drive contract execution and financial discipline.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and dashboards for client reviews.
• Monitor profitability, burn rates, and contractual financial needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in account coordination, financial analysis, or a client-facing finance role.
• Experience supporting billing, revenue recognition, cost tracking, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience with ERP systems and automation tools (Power Query/Smartsheet/Power BI).
