Account Development Manager

📋 Description

• Increase market awareness and generate qualified BD meetings.
• Conduct proactive outreach by phone, email, and mail.
• Develop and implement strategies for long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with BD Leadership to adopt inside sales best practices.
• Identify target accounts using Citeline, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Plan territory outreach and engage BD on new accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent, ideally in science/healthcare.
• 5+ years in CRO/pharma/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Account development and sales experience preferred.
• Postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
