Collaborate with BD Leadership to establish inside sales best practices and territory strategies.
Identify well-aligned potential clients using defined profiles and resources.
Manage territory outreach planning and performance against KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
Professional working proficiency in English required.
5+ years in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Willingness for occasional domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
Preferred: account development and sales experience; postgraduate degree.
