• Take ownership of the financial health of accounts
• Deliver strategic client presentations, recommendations, and annual brand plans
• Communicate strategy and tactical plans effectively across large multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring overall satisfaction with the team and agency
• Identify and cultivate client opportunities
• Management and mentorship of junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8-12 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency
• Effective presentation, mentorship, and client-facing skills
• Solid understanding of Veeva systems and client requirements
• Understand brand fundamentals (positioning, messaging, creative concepts)
• Deep knowledge of category and competitive set, as well as client pipeline
