📋 Description

• Consult on creative ideas and executions
• Deliver storytelling for sponsorship and talent partnerships
• Inspire larger creative strategies with business outcomes
• Identify how outcomes scale across the business
• Champion agile production that adapts to market needs
• Manage scope of work and grow client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of agency experience required
• Regular travel up to 7 days per month
• Passion for and experience in brand marketing
• Strong people skills; relationship building and presence
• Diplomatic and empathetic leadership
• Experience in social media; fluency with KPIs
• Effective communicator; strong writer and presenter
• Experience in entertainment or brand partnerships (nice to have)
• Ability to balance Monks and client interests (nice to have)
