Account Director

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to develop program approach and timeline.
• Manage day-to-day communications with the client and project teams.
• Write creative briefs with client leads; guide design/copy teams to strategy.
• Project manage creative execution across channels (emails, banners, video, social).
• Lead creative exploration to produce templates and test formats.
• Establish operational cadence with leadership for client reviews and QBRs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in fast-paced client-side or agency marketing
• Experience managing high-tech clients
• Independent worker, thrives with ambiguity
• Self-starter in evolving team environments
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Strong problem solving and presentation skills
• Proficient in Google Docs/Slides/Sheets and MS Office
