📋 Description

• Lead client relationships, serving as day-to-day point person and trusted advisor
• Consult on creative ideas and strategies, aligning with budgets and deadlines
• Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams for agile production
• Oversee production workstreams, manage scopes, identify scaling opportunities
• Coach and mentor agency staff through feedback and training
• Drive collaborative environment with decision-making and problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of agency experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships
• Hands-on leadership in complex content production and account teams
• Exceptional communication, writing, presenting, and storytelling skills
• Diplomatic, empathetic leadership with problem-solving mindset
• Ability to travel to client and production locations as needed
