• Lead a complex commercial healthcare account, providing strategic direction and ensuring consistent

• Partner with Creative, Digital, Scientific, and other cross-functional teams to develop solutions
• Lead project teams from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and
• Provide financial oversight across accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare communications, advertising, or a related agency environment.
• Experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts.
• Strong understanding of integrated commercial communications and experience delivering programs
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management, strategic consulting, and account growth.
• Experience leading teams and developing client services professionals.
