Account Director

📋 Description

• Lead a large, complex medical affairs and publications account, ensuring consistent delivery
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Oversee end-to-end execution of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and related publication assets
• Ensure strict adherence to publications standards, compliance requirements, and timelines
• Support the delivery of Medical Affairs initiatives, partnering with clients and cross-functional
• Drive rigorous workflow and approval management using platforms such as iEnvision and Veeva

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in medical communications, with significant expertise in publications and
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing direct reports
• Proven success in client relationship management, strategic consultation, and account growth
• Strong project and financial management skills, including budget control, forecasting, and SOW
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
