Account Director, Strategic Accounts

📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across North America
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as their primary
• Drive customer retention, contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth
• Develop and execute account plans focused on customer satisfaction, relationship development, and
• Act as a customer advocate internally, ensuring customer needs and opportunities are understood
• Support the successful closure of strategic opportunities already underway with key industry

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, or a
• Demonstrable success managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience owning and growing strategic enterprise customer relationships
• Strong experience in customer retention, account expansion, upselling, and new business development
• Experience leading sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract execution
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
