📋 Description

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to needs discovery
• Develop Alan's local presence among HR directors, CFOs, and managers in companies that care about
• Serve as the company's local eyes and ears by relaying market information, prospect feedback, and
• Contribute to the local development of the sales function by helping to establish and improve team
• Promote Alan's approach in the market by positioning Alan as a trusted and innovative health

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in Senegal or Côte d'Ivoire and based in Dakar or Abidjan or willing to relocate
• At least 3 years of B2B commercial experience, ideally in SaaS sales or services, with familiarity
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, close sales, and build rather than just manage existing accounts.
• Comfortable with a field role, meeting prospects in person and traveling regularly for client
• Highly autonomous, thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced environments without needing a fully
• Fluent in French.
