Account Executive

📋 Description

• Increase UNITY Fetal Risk Screen utilization via direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and healthcare.
• Prospect and cultivate new business; maintain key relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities in OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospitals, and FQHCs.
• Create and execute strategic plans to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage full sales lifecycle: new business development, lead gen, and tradeshows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years outside field sales in healthcare territory.
• Proven sales track record; strong buyer/decision maker skills.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication.
• Strong time management; ability to prioritize opportunities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable; strategic yet execution-focused.
• HIPAA/privacy knowledge; discretion with patient/physician data.
