Account Executive

📋 Description

• Run several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social, and digital
• Steer projects and teams with care, organization, and confidence.
• Liaise with media agencies and external partners to align on fully integrated campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day operations by briefing creative, legal, production, and language and culture
• Ensure internal and client teams are clear on project specs, deadlines, scope, and local market
• Source assets from client digital asset management systems, log usage rights, and organize project

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience coordinating projects as a Junior PM or Account Executive within an
• Strong and clear written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian.
• Proactive and direct communication style when working with cross-cultural teams.
• Clear sense of urgency with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong team player who is self-motivated and brings a positive attitude.
• Comfortable asking constructive questions to drive project quality.
