Account Executive

📋 Description

• Build the European market from the ground up, developing a pipeline of university prospects across
• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract, including discovery calls, product
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across career services, alumni relations, and
• Shape the regional sales strategy as the first sales hire in Europe.
• Work with Sales and Marketing on proposals, pricing, and onboarding new partners; share market
• Represent the business at conferences and industry events; maintain CRM records and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Experience managing full sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and lengthy approval
• Confidence to lead discovery conversations, demonstrate value, negotiate proposals, and close
• Self-starting mindset, ability to work independently across time zones in a small distributed team
• Strong written and spoken English; communication skills to engage senior stakeholders
• Preferred: EdTech sales experience or relationships with European universities; fluency in
