📋 Description

• Own full sales cycle for Lighthouse BI solutions to hoteliers
• Build and own your pipeline; quota-bearing hunter
• Sell on data-driven ROI with pricing and forecasting
• Use MEDDPICC and AI tools to prep and close deals
• Develop relationships from discovery to C-suite buy-in
• Collaborate with Enablement, Pre-Sales, Coaching agents

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years closing SaaS sales
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Proficient with MEDDPICC for deal execution
• Sell on value; engage GMs to C-suite
• Own pipeline with outbound focus; not SDR-reliant
• Quick to adopt AI tools in selling motions
