• Own the full sales cycle for Lighthouse BI solutions.
• Build and own a hunting pipeline; hit quota.
• Engage Revenue Managers, Directors, GMs, and C-suite.
• Sell BI to maximize hotel revenue and performance.
• Use MEDDPICC and AI Pre-Sales to advance deals.
• Partner with AI Enablement tools for discovery.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years B2B closing experience in Hospitality Tech or SaaS.
• Hospitality industry experience required.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve; acts on feedback.
• Comfortable using AI tools; adapt tooling to selling.
• Proficient with MEDDPICC; value-based selling.
