Account Executive

📋 Description

• Prospect and qualify leads to become PadSplit Hosts.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Host discovery calls to understand needs and barriers.
• Deliver value propositions: increased revenue, easier management, impact.
• Build trust-based relationships with property owners.
• Close deals and onboard hosts, negotiating terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in B2B or B2C, real estate with targets.
• Relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and independence in a remote startup.
• Adaptability and problem-solving to tailor solutions.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and rental dynamics.
• Tech proficiency: Salesforce and HubSpot, CRM, and virtual tools.
