  • Prospect high-volume opportunities via phone, email, LinkedIn, and meetings.
  • Identify decision makers and present Loadsmart pitch effectively.
  • Drive complex sales cycles from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers; forecast.
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure long-term retention.
  • Refine sales skills via role play, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve value.
  • Become SME on our business, processes, and industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in Supply Chain SaaS
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to work autonomously
  • 3+ years direct sales in Enterprise/Mid-Market B2B with quota
  • Excellent communication, customer service and PM skills
  • Enthusiasm and high energy
  • Experience in high-pressure, deadline-driven env
  • Willingness to work in entrepreneurial, team-focused env
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
