📋 Description

  • Defining and implementing a sectoral development strategy with your SDRs.
  • Identify and target mid-market companies for Agicap’s solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to show value.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline via prospecting and referrals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze performance with management to improve results.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing, BDR, and Product to improve processes.
  • Share commercial insights to boost team performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Native/Bilingual level of German
  • 2-4 years in B2B Sales, preferably SaaS, mid-market; finance/audit/consulting TS.
  • Background from a top business or engineering school.
  • A passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • A tenacious, resilient salesperson who never gives up and is driven by results.
  • Empathy for business leaders; understands cash flow needs.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent verbal communication, curiosity.
  • Great ambition, with the drive to meet and exceed objectives.
  • A strong business acumen and above-average interpersonal skills.
  • A team spirit and a desire to share knowledge, helping colleagues grow.
