📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sales process across assigned Swiss accounts, building a strong
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through qualification
• Develop and manage relationships with Swiss companies seeking to expand internationally and hire
• Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand hiring plans, business priorities, expansion
• Engage founders, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders, building internal champions and
• Apply structured qualification methodologies, such as MEDDICC, to assess opportunities, prioritize

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience closing B2B SaaS deals as an Account Executive, with a demonstrated
• Ability to substantiate sales performance with clear metrics, including quota attainment and
• Native-level Swiss German proficiency and business-fluent English for the Swiss German-speaking
• Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills, with experience using
• Confidence and persistence in outbound sales, including cold calling, personalized prospecting, and
• Ability to uncover customer needs, communicate business value, address objections, and navigate
