📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from first cold touch to close, opening net-new accounts and expanding
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline, maintaining 3x pipeline
• Hunt into net-new accounts via cold outbound prospecting, using AI-first workflow and industry
• Turn low-adoption customers into full-platform accounts, running as a sales cycle with discovery
• Qualify every opportunity as a platform deal, bringing in stakeholders and building the business
• Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities, advancing

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in a closing sales role; SaaS experience is a must.
• Hunter by instinct; prospects cold, gets past no, builds own pipeline.
• Thinks big-deal first; can turn small openings into larger multi-product sales.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve; seeks and acts on feedback.
• Treats AI tools as core part of selling motion; adopts new tooling quickly.
• Fantastic communicator; builds trust with people never met in person, from GMs to C-suite.
