🎯 Requirements

  • Native German speaker (essential; selling into the DACH market)
  • Min 5 years experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to prospect strategic decision makers and executives
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce would be great!)
  • Some formal sales training (Value Selling, MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger, etc.)
