🎯 Requirements

  • Native German speaker (essential - sell into DACH).
  • 5+ years software sales to mid/large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to prospect strategic decision makers and executives.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Formal training: Value Selling, MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger.
