📋 Description

• Own and execute a territory plan that clearly articulates how you will achieve your targets
• Develop and maintain detailed account plans for your top strategic accounts with specific
• Identify and develop enterprise opportunities across Korea's largest organisations, with a focus on
• Lead executive-level discovery conversations independently, diagnosing customers' business models
• Demonstrate deep understanding of contract structures, deal terms, and their commercial
• Maintain rigorous Salesforce pipeline hygiene: accurate sales stages, verified close dates, logical

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, with a proven track record of closing complex
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead consultative discovery at the executive level
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Strong command of pipeline management methodologies (e.g., MEDDIICC) and CRM discipline (Salesforce)
• Proven ability to build and execute strategic territory and account plans with clear objectives
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to advance complex enterprise deals
